Welcome back to my blog!! Today I will be talking about our group dynamics!

To begin, we have 4 people in our group :

-Aleena

-Amaya

-Sofia

-Samantha (Me)

All of us have pulled our own equal weight in the group. We each helped with every aspect from brainstorming to storyboarding, to setting up the mis-en-scene, and filming. We have a great friend dynamic, as we have all known each other for a while, and have many classes in common. We also have a great work dynamic as we each have different strong suits that allow us to get a well rounded project complete. While our extras are not part of our media studies group, it is important to mention that we would not have been able to do this without them. They had great acting skills and also helped out with whatever we needed. My parents also helped whenever we needed it. 

Amaya helped out by going to get the materials from BEACON TV, which I know we all appreciated since the place is far from all of our homes. I supplied the location (my house)and backyard, as well as helped set up the scenes in my home. Sofia is helping with most of the editing as she got certified in Adobe Premier Pro editing software last year, (I am currently working toward that certification for this year). Aleena brought accessories and helped with some idea brainstorming. 

The process so far has been going good. We have enjoyed our filming days together, and have already gotten many scenes done. We all listen and take each others opinions into account. This may have caused the process to become slightly challenging and longer, but I think it was important to having an open and productive group dynamic.  Overall we have all been working hard to make this movie opening perfect and to make it look professional.
