About Me
My name is Samantha, and I am currently starting sophomore year. I work really hard in school and my grades are a priority, but in my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also have many interests like swimming, baking, and completing art projects. Due to school I have not been able to do art as much as I would like anymore. I spend a lot of time on school, but am trying to balance family time as well. I enjoy going to arcades and restaurants with my friends and family when I can and I am ready to work hard this year. |

Why I Chose This Course
I have been in Cambridge since 6th grade and have taken many Cambridge classes. In addition to this class counting for my AICE diploma, it also combines my interest of reading with my hobby of art. Even though this class does not create art in the ways I have before, it examines the art and stories that have been created into movies. I enjoy watching movies and especially seeing sequels of my favorites. That is why I have enrolled in Media Studies, and I look forward to this class deepening my understanding of media and other forms of art.
